  4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    1. Use of this Website shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Although the Website can be accessed worldwide by a User the laws of another country from where these Terms and Conditions are accessed shall not govern them. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
    2. The issue of refunds is at the complete discretion of Bootstrap Themes.

    2. The services/obligations of SLI may be subcontracted and SLI may transfer its rights/obligations to any affiliate.

    4. SLI uses the services of banks for transaction payments. The security and privacy of the websites of such banks are not managed by SLI. SLI shall not be held liable for misuse and/or fraudulent transactions.
    5. SLI reserves the right to remedy under these terms at all time.
    6. If any provision(s) under these Terms and Conditions shall be declared invalid, unlawful and/or illegal by any authority, court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the same shall become inoperative and shall not have any force and/or effect in any manner, on the legality/validity of the other provisions.

  7. Return/refund policyt
    1. In accordance with Electronic Transactions Act No. 19 of 2006, you have a right of cancellation in respect of the payments made to your own insurance policy other than premium already fallen due. Should you wish to cancel, notice should be informed to 1312 or email to info@softlogiclife.lk along with the proof of payment. However, SLI reserves the right to suspend any refund which appears that the request is false or not complied with the Terms and conditions specified above. Further SLI will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, costs, delays or other liability whatsoever (including without limitation any financial losses such as loss of profit) which you may incur as a result of any event beyond our reasonable control (including without limitation to any failure of transmission, communication, computer or other facilities or your inability to access the Website for any reason or any failure, error or delay in sending or receiving of any notice or communication or instruction through the post or any electronic medium).
    2. We can view and/or remove any content for any reason at our own discretion. Each payment is acknowledged with a payment reference number and this payment reference can be regarded as an official receipt from SLI. You agree, understand and confirm that the credit/debit card details provided by you for availing of services on SLI will be correct and accurate and you shall not use any credit/debit card which is not lawfully owned by you. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit/debit card details to the Company. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by the Company with any third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order. SLI uses a third-party payment processor to link your credit/debit card account to the Application. The processing of payments or credit/debit cards as applicable in connection with your use of Application will be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor and your credit/debit card issuer in addition to these terms. SLI is not liable for any errors made by the Payment Processor. .
  9. Compliance with Anti Money Laundering Regulations

SLI shall have in place a framework to ensure compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations including but not limited to Payment and Settlement Systems Act No. 28 of 2005, Financial Transactions Reporting Act No. 6 of 2006, Electronic Transactions Act No. 19 of 2006 and Exchange Control Act No. 24 of 1953..
